Welcome to Mousercise for Laptops!

Click the underlined two below. Here is how

1. Rest heel of both hands on the edge of the laptop computer.

2. To move the mouse cursor, you can use either with the square touchpad or the blue mouse stick in the keyboard above the letter "B".

3. Use index finger to move the tip of the arrow onto the underlined two.

4. When the arrow becomes a pointing finger,
   hold the mouse still.

5. Lightly click the mouse button with your index finger.
   • There are several ways to click the mouse button.
   • There are sets of buttons above and below the square touchpad. Both sets do the same thing, so use whichever set you find most comfortable.
   • Click the LEFT button of either set.
   • OR, firmly tap the touchpad.
     Keep trying, you'll get the hang of it!
