11:30 pm to 12:00 pm - Meet & Greet (bring your program calendars; performers will brings their calendars too for on-the-spot program scheduling)

 

Tips on how to make the most of the Showcase:

-Bring your Summer Program calendar, and highlight your important weekly program dates (kick-off, wrap-up, other special event dates, etc.).
-Visit the performers' websites and speak with other cooperative members ahead of time to make 'block-booking' easier.
