Regional Education Media Center Association of Michigan (REMC)
Negotiated by the REMC Association for Michigan school libraries, public libraries can also take advantage of discounted pricing.

OCLC Subscription and ILL Access
WPLC provides statewide and nationwide interlibrary loan access to our members at no cost. Patrons outside of our Cooperative are charged a fee of $5.50 per item, billed quarterly.
RIDES Delivery
Three days of delivery are provided for every WPLC member through MCLS.
Free Original MARC Records
The Cooperative offers free original cataloging for member libraries.
OverDrive Content Group
WPLC oversees the shared content group on behalf of our members.
Swank Motion Picture Movie Licensing
Public Performance Licensing allows you to showcase the world’s best movies while ensuring your events are legal by helping you host unlimited showings of any films from the studios Swank represents. WPLC offers an annual $100 discount to any member library using Swank. January renewal.
Midwest Tape's hoopla is a digital media service that allows your patrons to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics, and TV shows to enjoy on their computer, tablet, phone, or TV. WPLC offers a $300 content credit to any member library using hoopla.
Group Subscriptions
BookPage is a monthly reading recommendation magazine made available to readers through more than 3,500 subscribing public libraries and bookstores across the United States. WPLC pays for an annual subscription for all members. April Renewal
MAP provides Michigan library cardholders the opportunity to discover and explore participating cultural destinations, parks, campgrounds, and recreation areas in the state at a discounted rate.
Michigan Amazon Business Prime for Libraries and Museums
Together with the Library Cooperatives of Michigan, we’ve partnered with Amazon Business to cut Amazon.com costs for libraries and museums across the state, offering free shipping and other savings.
